Refund & Exchange Policy

At A’Shuna Marie Collections, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
✔️ Be unused and in its original condition.
✔️ Include all original packaging and tags.
✔️ Not be a final sale or custom-made product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
  
  
• If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
  
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
  
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  
  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Sale or discounted items.
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Items that have been used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
  
  
• Preorder items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at ashunamariecollections@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund as needed.
